A Buried Mind in Thought

To my love I live through your every moment, I drown in your essence. You make me fall back on the heels of your footing but still offer me balance. I see clearly through your eyes envisioning a greener pasture. The smile on your face brightens my existence with its laughter. Its a cold and cloudy world without you. A puddle of troubled tears overwhelm me. What could I ever be, split in two come back to me. Such confusion give back the light and make the sky blue. I'm trying to explain what mere words could never only another moment with you is all I need. With you my days spin to the tone of love, I dance freely to its tempo. So take my hand and step into my realm of passion. In my arms, my heart, and mind. Give me the time, give me the time.....

Law enforcement manages to continuously take a turn for the worse. Rapidly entering an arena of self preservation without rule. A combination between the powerful union and the faith and support of civilians has the enforcers of law gradually resigning and individual badges that shield each and every personal agenda of our so-called protectors, allowing themselves to become untouchables. The very same machine that's suppose to provide security to our families and neighborhoods are now violating the code of law in abundance by committing crude acts of violence in our communities ranging from child pornography on our children, the rape of our woman and battery on our men. With this heinous trifecta transpiring who will say enough and design a system that will oversee our law enforcers or do we continue to turn the other cheek with a blind eye? We must wake up and smell the coffee and begin to police the police as sad as it may be in order to place and end to the travesties that we endure.

Amazing grace" has been placed upon me titillating my soul with peace. I thank god for my incarceration this may come across strange to most but for those who are inclined to understand the divinity its granted. Living on the exact edge of life looking into the window of your society I see. I see the root of all evil has taken your breath and has managed to manipulate you into love, love is such a beautiful thing and powerful element but if used for the wrong reason can be dangerous. What would you do for money? For the love money, cant live with it cant live without it.... After the paper burns away whats left but flesh and when the physical dwindles the only thing amounting to be priceless is the spiritual.

In the aftermath of my prison board hearing I find myself distraught and devastated because my freedom has been denied once again. It is strange to me how another human being can dictate over whether I live or die when the system holds me for that very same reason. So why should the board have this right? How is this not contradictory? And even eerier thing is my life crime wasn't murder, so wheres the justice in that? I am a conservative in the sense and believe in the testament of the old(an eye for an eye) for me to pay with my life isn't fair one bit since no died in my case and that's not even considering that my crime took place that I was a naive young child. No one man should pay with their life if they haven't taken one. Can anyone out there explain to me how the Board of Prison Terms continuously gets swiftly away with killing our children before they turn to men in a fashion I like to coin as subtle murder. P.S. You know when a child gets life in prison he doesn't have a right to family visits concluding his right to procreation is subtracted meaning the child never has a right to become a man and have a child so the legacy dies.

The Japanese have endured much grief in this course of the developing nation but they seem to always manage. Continuing there steady pace in the world race, it appears that no setbacks abroad will slow Japan down in there global strides with this recent debacle transpiring I await anxiously to see exactly how they intend to rebuild there once thriving compound. Taken a negative and turning it positive is clearly a strong component the islanders possess. Take World War II for example a near broke government consumes a disastrous episode. Japan allowed the private sector in business to step to the plate and hit a home run offering the country a quick rebirth and many different aspects aside from financially but this monetary gain will be of little problem if they decided to open the flood gates unleashing the many considerable entrepreneurial energies that's buried within the heart of there land. Most tragedies place great mental burdens upon a nation but the Japanese showed that the clock is always in there favor and time has always shown to heal them. This time added with human adaptation is a beautiful concoction for order out of chaos. The life lessons goes on for another generation not to hold the same mistakes as our fathers in which is evolution towards a brighter future.

Education in America
There is a serious problem with the current education system in the United States. Children (graduating) from High Schools if they even make it that far are not equipped to be successful in the modern workplace. Generation Y aren't quite proficient in the three R's (reading, writing and arithmetic's) social sciences like History, geography and government are also glossed over. Needless to say they are ignorant of the basic sciences of Biology, chemistry, physics and health. Why is it the average kid on the street can name the football MVP but not the Vice-President? Did you know in the 1960's California had the best educational system in the world? It schools were the best and of course the US led all other countries. People all over the country were flocking to California for that and other reasons. Now California ranks about 45th of the 50 states and the US ranks around 25th in World. What happen?
Over the last generation more and more funds have been sliced from the states educational budget causing teacher layoffs, program cuts and increase class sizes. Students aren't getting the time and resources baby boomers once had. Social promotion replace learning subject matter and earning ones way to the next grade. Expectations have been lower, our children are not being taught correctly. At the same time gangs grow larger, inner cities decay more, society detiorates, crime increases and more money is funnelled into the Corrections budget. Do you see the obvious correlation here? Understandably fiscal budgets need to be balanced but not at the expense of our youth. Children need a good education to survive and keep this faltering nation strong and competitive in an ever globalized economy they are our future by hurting them you are hurting us all.
