To my love I live through your every moment, I drown in your essence. You make me fall back on the heels of your footing but still offer me balance. I see clearly through your eyes envisioning a greener pasture. The smile on your face brightens my existence with its laughter. Its a cold and cloudy world without you. A puddle of troubled tears overwhelm me. What could I ever be, split in two come back to me. Such confusion give back the light and make the sky blue. I'm trying to explain what mere words could never only another moment with you is all I need. With you my days spin to the tone of love, I dance freely to its tempo. So take my hand and step into my realm of passion. In my arms, my heart, and mind. Give me the time, give me the time.....

Law enforcement manages to continuously take a turn for the worse. Rapidly entering an arena of self preservation without rule. A combination between the powerful union and the faith and support of civilians has the enforcers of law gradually resigning and individual badges that shield each and every personal agenda of our so-called protectors, allowing themselves to become untouchables. The very same machine that's suppose to provide security to our families and neighborhoods are now violating the code of law in abundance by committing crude acts of violence in our communities ranging from child pornography on our children, the rape of our woman and battery on our men. With this heinous trifecta transpiring who will say enough and design a system that will oversee our law enforcers or do we continue to turn the other cheek with a blind eye? We must wake up and smell the coffee and begin to police the police as sad as it may be in order to place and end to the travesties that we endure.

Amazing grace" has been placed upon me titillating my soul with peace. I thank god for my incarceration this may come across strange to most but for those who are inclined to understand the divinity its granted. Living on the exact edge of life looking into the window of your society I see. I see the root of all evil has taken your breath and has managed to manipulate you into love, love is such a beautiful thing and powerful element but if used for the wrong reason can be dangerous. What would you do for money? For the love money, cant live with it cant live without it.... After the paper burns away whats left but flesh and when the physical dwindles the only thing amounting to be priceless is the spiritual.

In the aftermath of my prison board hearing I find myself distraught and devastated because my freedom has been denied once again. It is strange to me how another human being can dictate over whether I live or die when the system holds me for that very same reason. So why should the board have this right? How is this not contradictory? And even eerier thing is my life crime wasn't murder, so wheres the justice in that? I am a conservative in the sense and believe in the testament of the old(an eye for an eye) for me to pay with my life isn't fair one bit since no died in my case and that's not even considering that my crime took place that I was a naive young child. No one man should pay with their life if they haven't taken one. Can anyone out there explain to me how the Board of Prison Terms continuously gets swiftly away with killing our children before they turn to men in a fashion I like to coin as subtle murder. P.S. You know when a child gets life in prison he doesn't have a right to family visits concluding his right to procreation is subtracted meaning the child never has a right to become a man and have a child so the legacy dies.

The Japanese have endured much grief in this course of the developing nation but they seem to always manage. Continuing there steady pace in the world race, it appears that no setbacks abroad will slow Japan down in there global strides with this recent debacle transpiring I await anxiously to see exactly how they intend to rebuild there once thriving compound. Taken a negative and turning it positive is clearly a strong component the islanders possess. Take World War II for example a near broke government consumes a disastrous episode. Japan allowed the private sector in business to step to the plate and hit a home run offering the country a quick rebirth and many different aspects aside from financially but this monetary gain will be of little problem if they decided to open the flood gates unleashing the many considerable entrepreneurial energies that's buried within the heart of there land. Most tragedies place great mental burdens upon a nation but the Japanese showed that the clock is always in there favor and time has always shown to heal them. This time added with human adaptation is a beautiful concoction for order out of chaos. The life lessons goes on for another generation not to hold the same mistakes as our fathers in which is evolution towards a brighter future.

Education in America
There is a serious problem with the current education system in the United States. Children (graduating) from High Schools if they even make it that far are not equipped to be successful in the modern workplace. Generation Y aren't quite proficient in the three R's (reading, writing and arithmetic's) social sciences like History, geography and government are also glossed over. Needless to say they are ignorant of the basic sciences of Biology, chemistry, physics and health. Why is it the average kid on the street can name the football MVP but not the Vice-President? Did you know in the 1960's California had the best educational system in the world? It schools were the best and of course the US led all other countries. People all over the country were flocking to California for that and other reasons. Now California ranks about 45th of the 50 states and the US ranks around 25th in World. What happen?
Over the last generation more and more funds have been sliced from the states educational budget causing teacher layoffs, program cuts and increase class sizes. Students aren't getting the time and resources baby boomers once had. Social promotion replace learning subject matter and earning ones way to the next grade. Expectations have been lower, our children are not being taught correctly. At the same time gangs grow larger, inner cities decay more, society detiorates, crime increases and more money is funnelled into the Corrections budget. Do you see the obvious correlation here? Understandably fiscal budgets need to be balanced but not at the expense of our youth. Children need a good education to survive and keep this faltering nation strong and competitive in an ever globalized economy they are our future by hurting them you are hurting us all.

I find myself a young prince in a place unknown to most traveling down paths that crush the souls of many men. To stand alone in a strange range often becomes eerie but the independence transcends King. Possessing aspirations also sometimes frightens the dreamer that sets his heart for the universe because the king usually hunts and consumes the prince for his visual focus towards the throne but there is nothing simple about this understudy soley erecting from the ashes and turning the ash back to flame and burning beyond eternity. The prince's mindful eye is without sleep therefore views all keeping determined to the Kings rule, hes edged sharp as iron to pierce the law of his majesty's court creating pureness that changes the land.

As the plot thickens for humanity there is multiple imminently threatening situations that have changed the way we live in the last couple of decades. Ranging from the production of our economy and how we've plummeted to national disaster fielded by terrorism and also the natural type of disaster caused by life. We as a whole have made many wrong turns towards prosperity. The decisions made in yester-year have come full turn for today and have bitten a large number of us in a venomous type way. Now here we stand attempting to pick up the pieces to our puzzles in hopes to fix the issues at hand. But the only true way to glue back the broken is to find the only adhesive material that exists for such a condition and that is God. See we are only students, in this classroom the teacher never teaches its students all the tricks of the trade that's what makes him Master. The moment we thought we had the blueprint to life was mankind's first mistake, its far past time for us to open our hearts and minds to a greater sense of education in understanding.

It seems that Charlie Sheen has been eaten up by what once what created him this Two and a half men. In my opinion I think the show should of been named Two and a Half Man because that's just what Charlie Sheen is. His character exceeds that of a mere man. His castmates were really null and void in the show. The larger than life Mr. Sheen was casted just for that reason for those who were paying close attention look at his role on the CBS hit. The script portrays him as a womanizing party animal who gets high on life and not having a care in the world about responsibility. Clearly the script was written around him. everyone is upset with Sheens actions but this fiasco isn't one sided. All Charlie did was be himself on network television, but somebody paid him right. Anyway somethings are so simple, they are complicated.

The California Cocktail
There is a whole class whose gotten the chance to sample this dangerous aphrodisiac partying like a Hollywood rock star is full of shining lights and promise but everything in the golden state isn't always pure as gold. Many have come with the sweet taste of prosperity on there tongues but its disappointing that most exit the premises with a bitter taste left lingering by something I would like to call "The California Cocktail" As you sip from the beautiful coastlines Cali has to offer you are more than likely to be bombarded with a massive hangover from the nasty concoction drafted up by our ole so savvy directors and producers. The ingredients contain the following, minimally educated, severely medicated and deeply incarcerated. Now may I propose a toast....to a State that's economy is as profound as a country. Cheers!!!!!

Revolutions. The world is in an uproar over being dictated upon by man so a web of revolutions have been spun across the nations in an attempt to halt the constitutionilizing fanaticism of one ruler. In this realm there is only one rule and that's of the king of enlightenment and creator of flesh. Somehow revolutions have become the father and its participants its children and like some calls of the wild the parent often devours the child. These mistakes seem to continuously revolve into our human society. (It takes a true master not to learn from his or her mistakes only but learning from another man is mastery). The ongoing practice of gaining order out of chaos is of a caveman like nature in the information age. We have evolved into a greater sense of understanding so lets listen and be slow to speak and extend the olive branch to our neighbors. Everyone wants to take on the role of playing God but no one wants to accept the responsibility of such a role. When life happens you realize your role is very minute in a larger than life scheme then you will slow down and embrace the true light.

As I prep for the Board of Prison Terms I am in one of the greatest battles of my life. There is nothing I want more than my Freedom at this point. I have been living with the decision that was made many moons ago as a teenager in yet consequence still manages to find an punish me even as an adult. When is enough, enough sometimes I consider myself a dead man walking although I wasn't issued a death sentence but in California is a Life Sentence just that....Death. While the calendar continuously turns I am a year and a half short of living just as many years incarcerated as I did alive in free society. How do you know someones changed if no one is listening or does it really even matter.....Sincerely A Buried Mind in Thought.

Pardon my two day lapse I was somewhat tied up with the often trivial politricks that prison has to offer. For those of you who don't know I hold a position a of power and responsibility in here. I am part of a group that's called the Mens Advisory Council (MAC) this organization was designed by the bureaucrats of Sacramento in order to serve as a line of communication between the inmate population and the prison officials who oversee the functions of the program at the particular prison your housed. My title is Vice-Chairman on the executive body, I am second in command on the board. There is also a general body comprise of 24 members that represent the six buildings on our yard that deal with the in house issues and relay them back to the executive body and then its the duty of the executive body to hold meetings with the Warden and his council to resolve the matters of medical, receive and release, mental health, recreation, culinary, law library, canteen, appeals, mail, visiting, AMI, assignments and chapel so sometimes I can become overwhelmed by this job and miss my pastime (Facebook) because I have taken on the task to speak for 1152 men and trust each and everyone of them have some type of gripe. You would be amazed that how these big, bad dangerous men are really just scared little boys wanting attention and needing someone to listen.......So again I apologize.

It has been a tough road for the American household. The economy has been in a slump for many suns to moons. Our network of finance has lost its fizzle over the course of these trials were enduring, but I'm here to testify that the ball can be picked up if we keep the focus within the battle. The war can be won if we come to realize that we the people are the economy. When we freeze, the market is frozen. Lets stop grabbing our wallets and locking our safes and make a conscience choice to keep the money flow alive by spending. As the heart of America beats attention all shoppers spend, spend, spend at the nearest supermarkets, malls and apparel stores, etc.... Being in the money means we need key banking institutions and brokerage firms to be involved. This is what the doctor orders utilizing hospitals, labs and clinics in order for this to happen. Higher education is a must sending our future to the best colleges and universities across the States. One must be proud to serve his or her country playing your part with government and military. So lets keep it moving with our transportation infrastructures and travel to the next level of innovation in this new world we face.

Michelle Obama has taken it upon herself to battle childhood obesity in an attempt to save our future. Obesity has been a problem for America for quite some time now. So it's felt that enough is enough and Mrs. Boss Lady is putting forth the effort to dig up the root. I just think that instead of focusing so much on group exercising and calorie reduction within meals the pillow talker with the First Man should bring a brighter knowledge of the other possibilities that place dangers of obesity on our society such as: the cloning of food and the hormonal injections that are practiced for the mass productions of major corporations. Let's just say for entertainment purposes only if a child on the natural at the beginning of life normally eats untampered with food and puberty strikes this child at 14 years of age. Isn't it possible that this cycle would be offset by the consumption of foods with hormonal boosts causing ones body to speed up the different processes that Mother Nature has created tilting the body out of whack be it bringing forth early periods in girls, obesity in most human beings, and sexual promiscuity etc. Let's start seeing this issue for what is. Just a little food for thought.

After bidding farewell to 2010 many Americans are suffering from a severe hangover and this is not caused from drinking. The economy managed to give a migraine to just about everyone. This recession has placed a great depression on the pockets of low to middle class Americans with little relief. I strongly used the words(Great Depression) because that's exactly what were living. So when is the government going to begin issuing the anti-depressants? Fact: When the actual great depression took place we as a nation only had half the population and the unemployment percentage stood as it was. Now present in the new millennium our population is doubled along with the unemployment rate. Doesn't this mean we are along the same lines of consequence as our parents and grand alike? I would say this is common sense but is sense really that common?

The streets are talking and the whole prison population is whispering(staff and inmates) secrets are only held for so long until the wrong person finds out and then there released. Each and every convicted criminal in California is in an uproar of some sort due to the facts of there committed crimes are making money for someone other than themselves. Clearly crime is not suppose to pay but in California these are the stats when it does. 9.3% of California's 163,400 inmates are to be housed in private prisons in states like Michigan, Oklahoma and Arizona once the next rounds of transfers are completed in 2012. 3.2 billion is the combined revenue of the publicly traded companies GEO group and Corrections Corp of America, these two companies are the most dominant firms in corrections. And lastly 31,500 will be the total of bids awarded in contracts by the state and federal agencies during the next 18 months. What I would like to know as not as an inmate but as a human being how much of those funds are being given back to the cities, state and victims as restitution?
